Shipping:
Our aim is to get your amazing products out to you as soon as possible. Below are our shipping guidelines so you know what to expect!

FREE shipping on orders over $80 NZ wide. (1-3 days)
- Metro $7 (1-3 days)
- Rural $12 (2-5 days)
Please note – due to track and trace we do
NOT send to PO Box addresses.
We do not charge extra for dangerous goods. However, the delivery can take an extra 2 days to get to you.
Delivery Targets:
- If you order between Monday – Friday before 12pm we aim to get your order to you the next day (allow an extra day for rural delivery)
- Orders placed over the weekend OR on a Friday after 12pm will be processed first thing Monday morning.
- Orders placed over a Public Holiday will be processed on the next working business day.
- Our courier company is Via Go Sweet Spot and we use Post Haste Couriers.
- After placing an order, you should receive an email confirmation and delivery tracking number when the courier collects the parcel – please check junk e-mail folders for the email also.
- All orders are sent via courier and can be tracked easily and at any time using your tracking number.
- Please note – due to track and trace we do NOT send to PO Box addresses.
- During busy periods please expect potential delays, especially during Christmas. Please allow extra time if your order is time critical.
- All delivery targets are based on Go Sweet Spot/Courier targets.
- If you have not received an item but it is showing as delivered please contact us as soon as possible and we will lodge an enquiry with the courier company on your behalf.
